Ms. Josserand is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts. Ms. Josserand represents clients in business and real estate disputes, including, breach of contract actions, business-to-business disputes, zoning and land use disputes, loan enforcement actions, business torts, insurance disputes, class-action defense, and professional liability actions. Ms. Josserand also has significant experience in trust litigation and has successfully obtained appellate court approval of trust modifications for purposes of IRS approval. Ms. Josserand's extensive experience includes prosecuting and defending jury and bench trials, appellate experience, and representing clients in alternate dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, Ms. Josserand served as a law clerk for the Honorable Steve Leben.
