Throughout his association with Diment Carroll LLP, Price Carroll's practice has focused primarily on handling title insurance claims and litigation involving real property, mortgage fraud, title defects, lien priority disputes, utility easement disputes, foreclosures, and property tax disputes. During this time, Carroll has filed and defended numerous lawsuits on behalf of title insurance companies and their insureds, ranging from the simple to the complex. Mr. Carroll has effectively negotiated favorable settlements or obtained summary judgment in a vast majority of these cases due to his practical, yet zealous, approach to negotiation, litigation, and claims resolution. Carroll has also been acknowledged by a national title insurer for his expertise in utility easement disputes, and, in 2008, Carroll was recognized by The Atlanta Lawyer magazine for his acts of professionalism.

Carroll started his law career with Hunton & Williams LLP, where he was a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Section. While at Hunton & Williams, Carroll conducted litigation, mediation, and arbitration for a variety of clients before federal and state courts and agencies across the country. Carroll eventually founded his own law firm and represented individuals and corporations in all facets of general civil litigation, including contract disputes, civil rights violations, and employment matters, and provided day-to-day legal advice to his corporate clients, including an Atlanta-based restaurant chain. Carroll joined Diment Carroll LLP in May 2007.
