Since he was first admitted to the bar in 1984, Attorney Rowe Stayton has become one of the most demanded criminal defense attorneys in the country in the area of Child Abuse. Since 1986, he has earned a long string of acquittals and spectacular case results for clients in over 30 states in child sexual abuse case. He also has published articles, lectured, and taught other lawyers in various forums on how to defend child sexual abuse cases. He has served as an expert in several cases around the U.S. and worked with some of the top experts in the psychological community, including Dr. Maggie Bruck and Dr. Phil Esplin.

Prior to attending the University of Denver law school, he received a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy. After graduating from the Academy, he entered pilot training and served as an instructor pilot, and later, a fighter pilot (flying the F-15) in the Air Force. He continued to fly in the Iowa Air Guard (the A-7), and separated in December of 1987.

After 9/11, Rowe felt the call to duty again, and enlisted as a soldier in the Arkansas Army National Guard. He recently completed his second tour to Iraq where he served as a fire team leader (04-05) and then a squad leader (08) in an infantry unit.
