CHAD A. STAUL focuses his practice on employment litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before the EEOC and other federal, state and local agencies. He has defended employers against claims involving workplace discrimination; harassment; retaliation; wage and hour claims; and breach of contract, including claims involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and other common law tort claims.

Prior to joining Wessels Sherman, Mr. Staul gained valuable experience working for the Saint Paul City Attorney's Office by successfully representing clients in over 200 administrative proceedings as well as in state court.

Mr. Staul earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law, where he was both an associate editor of the Hamline Law Review and participant in the American Bar Association Mediation Moot Court. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Cloud State University.
