Shane C. Stafford is experienced in commercial litigation, including labor and employment law, breach of contract, intellectual property, product defect, premises liability, and real estate matters. He has successfully litigated cases in both federal and state courts, and at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Stafford graduated summa cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2001, where he was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court Honors Board, and Trial Advocacy Honors Board. In addition, Mr. Stafford externed for the Honorable Alex Kozinski at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
During law school Mr. Stafford was actively involved in the Law Student Division of the American Bar Association, in which he served in key leadership positions, such as Governor of the Ninth Circuit from 2000-2001. He was awarded several honors for his service with the Law Student Division, including the Gold Key Award and Circuit of the Year for 2000-2001.
Mr. Stafford is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. He has published articles in various employment journals in Orange County. Mr. Stafford is licensed to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.
