TODD A. JOHNSON is a principal of the firm Ellis, Ellis, Hammons & Johnson, P.C., practicing in the areas of corporate law, eminent domain, labor and employment law and commercial litigation. Todd received his B.S. degree from Indiana University in 1985, majoring in finance. He received his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1988, where he was a member of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, and participated in Moot Court. He authored ADamages and Other Remedies in Franchise Disputes,@ 13th Annual National Franchise Institute, 1991. Todd is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and The Missouri Bar.
