Mr. Splivalo has been a practicing attorney for the past twenty years. He graduated from San Joaquin College of Law with a Jurist Doctorate in 1986. His practice is limited to the State of California and California Federal Courts.
In addition to a JD in Law, Mr. Splivalo holds a Masters of Arts Degree in U.S. History from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in U.S. History from California State University, Fresno. Prior to practicing law Mr. Splivalo taught U.S. History at the College of the Sequoias in Visalia and at Tulare Union High School.
Mr. Splivalo is a United States Army Veteran, stationed in Texas and Germany; honorably discharged in 1973.
His practice is primarily in Family Law. This involves diligent preparation and research, going to court, thorough case management, and good communication with clients.
This office serves the Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare County Area. Sometimes, cases are taken outside the area. For example, we have handled a wrongful death case in Mono County, the eastern side of the Sierras; and a Family Law matter in Sacramento County.
