- Ms. Spencer has represented Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability claimants since 1990, and has handled discrimination cases in federal court under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Prior to going into private practice, Ms. Spencer worked as a prosecutor for the King County District Attorney's Office in Seattle, Washington.

- Ms. Spencer served on the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation RSD/CRPS task force which developed the Workers' Compensation Treatment Guidelines for use in RSD/CRPS claims. Ms. Spencer is admitted to practice in Colorado and Washington state, as well as the Federal District Court of Colorado and the Federal Western District of Washington.
