Einar has 29 years of experience as a attorney and has been lead counsel in hundreds of cases involving 6 to 8 figure amounts with an exceptional winning record.

Einar is a former partner of Smith & Hilbig. He left that firm to create his own firm, Johnson & Associates, concentrating in business litigation and recovering millions of dollars for his clients. Einar has successfully litigated in State and Federal trial and appellate courts. He also has substantial experience with transactional work, such as, business formations, business negotiations, and real property transactions.

Prior to working at Smith & Hilbig and Johnson & Associates, Einar clerked for the Honorable A. Sherman Christensen in the United States District Court and Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals. He graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a J.D. and cum laude from Brigham Young with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with minors in Political Science and English.

Einar currently stays active in the community taking leadership roles in his church and as a volunteer speech and debate coach at two Torrance High Schools. Einar played a significant role in establishing speech and debate programs in the Torrance Unified School District.
