Ms. Sacco practices in the Firm’s Toxic Torts & Products Liability and Pharmaceutical Products Liability groups and specializes in the defense of complex serial and mass tort litigation. She works with local counsel and other firms across the country on the defense of nationwide litigation, including the defense of personal injury litigation involving pharmaceutical products and workplace exposures.

Ms. Sacco has defended corporate clients in serial mass tort litigation, statewide coordinated proceedings, and federal multidistrict litigation in venues across the country. Her broad range of litigation experience includes identifying and managing local counsel, coordinating massive multi-national and electronic discovery efforts, working with corporate witnesses, conducting and defending fact and expert witness depositions, participating in motions practice, and defending mediations. In recognition of her familiarity with evolving corporate electronic document preservation and production obligations, Ms. Sacco was recently named "e-discovery liaison" in federal products liability litigation.

In addition to her usual practice, Ms. Sacco is also involved with the Firm's pro bono activities. She assists with the Firm's recruiting efforts and mentors more junior associates. She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.

While in law school, Ms. Sacco was a member of The William & Mary School of Law's Journal of Women and the Law. She is a graduate of the Firm's 2003 summer associate program.
