Johnson, Christopher D.

Peter Spaeth is a special counsel in the firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1985.

Practice

Mr. Spaeth's practice focuses on securities and antitrust matters, and in particular, representing corporations and their officers and directors in securities fraud class actions and shareholder derivative suits, and representing corporations in antitrust litigation and government investigations and advising them with respect to transactional issues. He also represents clients in a variety of other complex commercial litigation matters.
