Ms. Jennings has been licensed to practice law since 1982 when her first attorney years were spent as a felony prosecutor and defense attorney in New Mexico. After spending three years as a private attorney in Texas where she completed almost 300 felony cases, she joined the United States Navy as a member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps. While in the Navy, she was assigned to Subic Bay Naval Base, to ship duty during Desert Storm and to NAS Adak as the Staff Judge Advocate. Although she spent a year as an environmental attorney for the U.S. Air Force and another year as an Assistant Public Advocate, for most of the last sixteen years, Attorney Jennings has been in private practice, doing primarily family law, child-in-need of aid cases, juvenile delinquent defense, and criminal defense work (in state and federal court). She has been a hearing officer in Texas, in the Navy, and for the Mat-Su Borough in Alaska.
