Jeanite, Sedgwick M.

Mr. Jeanite is an Associate in the Business Department.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and securities and commercial litigation in federal and state court.  Mr. Jeanite advises U.S. and international companies, startups and entrepreneurs on business formation and planning, and all aspects of corporate governance matters, including negotiating commercial agreements, consulting and employment agreements, confidentiality agreements and product supply agreements.  Mr. Jeanite also counsels financial institutions and private investors in commercial real estate and structured finance transactions, including foreclosures, workouts and sales of distressed debt. 

Mr. Jeanite received a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1993 and received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2000.  Mr. Jeanite is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Jeanite is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
