He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), and previously worked with Grant Thornton, LLP. Mr. Socha also operated and owned a manufacturing and distribution business before he received his graduate degrees.
Mr. Socha received his B.A. from Lawrence University and his Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota. He earned his J.D. cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2000, where he was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review.
