David M. Jacobs received his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and his Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Psychology from Hamline University. Since graduating from law school in 1979, David has been a member of the Minnesota State Bar. He is qualified to represent clients throughout Minnesota. David concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts, and contested matters. David serves on the Commitment Defense Project Panel and the Hennepin County Guardianship/Conservatorship Panel, protecting the rights of disabled individuals. David maintains a Preeminent AV Rating through Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review and Client Review systems. A native of Minneapolis, David is married with three children. In his spare time, David enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, and listening to jazz music.
