Daniel Smith is an AV-rated attorney and has practiced law in Colorado since 1973. He graduated from Duke University and the University of Denver School of Law. After stints as an Assistant Attorney General, Deputy District Attorney (Denver), and an Assistant U.S. Attorney (Colorado), he has practiced law emphasizing criminal defense in both state and federal courts since 1978.
