Iafelice, John-Philip Michael

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Iafelice received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University New Orleans, his Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law and was concurrently admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York in 2009, and Florida in 2010.

While in law school, Mr. Iafelice participated in Habitat for Humanity, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Litigation Skills Program. He also served an internship with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, personally conducting a successful bench trial for reckless driving resulting in a defendant's conviction.

Mr. Iafelice began his association with the Firm as a law student, working as a clerk throughout his second and third years. Mr. Iafelice now concentrates on Plaintiff's insurance litigation, bodily injury cases and has represented treating physicians and the other medical providers against the Prosecutorial Unit of the Department of Health.
