Iacono, Alanna C.

Alanna C. Iacono joined Turek Roth Mester LLP in November of 2007 as a litigation associate. Alanna is involved in all phases of litigation preparation, including legal research, drafting of pleadings, motion practice, discovery and trial preparation in connection with disputes arising from, among other things, real estate contracts, residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues and a wide range of cooperative and condominium matters. In recent years, Alanna has developed an expertise in mold-related litigation issues including the administration of mold remediation and property restoration.

Alanna earned her Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School (2007) and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Delaware (1996). Her undergraduate studies in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution, bolstered Alanna’s appreciation of efficient and elegant solutions to seemingly complex problems. Alanna is continuing her legal studies and is an L.L.M. candidate in tax law at New York Law School (May 2011 expected). Alanna lives in Brooklyn with her family, which includes two wonderful cats, Rory and Naomi. When Alanna is not at work she enjoys running, cooking and watching the best show in the history of TV, The Simpsons.
