After spending nearly 13 years as a postal employee and being confronted with discriminatory conduct first hand, it became evident that there was a great need for employee advocacy in our country. As a result, I left my employment, went to law school and began practicing exclusively in the area of employment litigation immediately upon being sworn into the California State Bar Association. I have published several articles focusing on employment and its related issues. I was the recipient of the American Board of Trial Advocates Annual Fellowship. And, I am a member of the National, as well as the California Employment Lawyer's Associations.
