Jeff Sindelar's practice is concentrated in complex civil litigation involving product liability, business tort, and commercial matters. He has experience in all aspects of discovery, evidentiary and privilege issues, briefing and motion practice, and appellate practice in state and federal courts.
Jeff is currently defending personal injury claims related to a stress urinary incontinence device as part of a team that is national coordinating counsel in the In re: Mentor Corp. ObTape Transobturator Sling Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2004). He also is defending an affiliate of KeyCorp in multiple class actions related to the Bernie Madoff scandal.
Jeff devotes part of his practice to the Cleveland Office's Private Landlord Tenant Project, through which he obtained a favorable result for a tenant in a dispute with her landlords.
