Practice
Ms. Huang’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property and antitrust disputes. She has represented clients across a broad array of technological fields, including telecommunications, integrated circuits, semiconductors, plastic electronics and TFT-LCD panels.
Recent Highlights
Ms. Huang recently represented major Asia-based manufacturers in connection with international cartel investigations. She has experience representing a leading Asia-based TFT-LCD panel producer in private multidistrict class actions and parallel proceedings including investigations by the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice and proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
Ms. Huang has successfully represented corporations, financial institutions, and individuals throughout the world in various phases of litigation including trial.
Past Experience
During law school, Ms. Huang was a law clerk with the San Francisco Regional Office of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where she conducted legal research for cases involving financial fraud and the review of trading records under investigation in the Division of Enforcement.
In 2007, Ms. Huang was a summer associate of the Asia-Pacific US Securities Practice Group with Baker & McKenzie in Hong Kong, where she focused on transactions involving US and international capital markets. She was also a summer associate with WilmerHale in 2008.

Ms. Huang is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
