Huff, Haley L.

Kenneth Hoxsie is a partner in the Corporate and Fund Formation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 1994. Mr. Hoxsie concentrates his practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, limited liability company partnership law and real estate financings.

Mr. Hoxsie has represented acquiring companies and target companies in a variety of transactions, ranging from small asset sales to mergers and going private transactions for New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq companies. He also represents clients in the raising of equity capital, including real estate investment trusts.

Mr. Hoxsie received a JD degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, an MA from Harvard University, and a BA, summa cum laude, from Amherst College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Hoxsie is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
