Since she began protecting the legal rights of families and individuals in 1999, Tracey Rannals Bryan has achieved substantial verdicts and settlements for her clients. She represents seriously injured persons, families of severely injured and brain damaged children, children who have been sexually abused by teachers and others, nursing home residents who have suffered as a result of substandard care, and numerous other persons and companies in wide-ranging disputes.
Over the past years, Ms. Bryan has prosecuted a number of automobile collision and medical malpractice cases involving severe personal injury and wrongful death. She possesses specialized knowledge in medical malpractice cases involving birth trauma, failure to timely diagnose cancer and cardiology. Ms. Bryan has also litigated complex product liability and premises liability (slip and fall and failure to provide adequate security) cases.
After earning a degree in Political Science from Newcomb College of Tulane University in 1990, Ms. Bryan graduated with a law degree from Tulane University School of Law in 1993, where she was an attorney in the Tulane Civil Law Clinic. After completing law school, Ms. Bryan practiced law for several years as a defense attorney in New Orleans, representing various businesses and insurance companies in litigation in state and federal courts. Since 1996, Mrs. Bryan has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane Law School, teaching senior law students Trial Advocacy skills.
She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals; Fifth Circuit; United States District Court, Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana; as well as all Louisiana State Courts.
