He works with clients in a variety of industries, including software, Internet, music, gaming, telecommunications, clothing and retail, food and beverage, and nutrition and weight loss. Jason counsels clients on intellectual property, trade regulation, and media law issues, including trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, protection, and licensing, and advertising and marketing review and compliance. His practice includes analyzing, drafting, and negotiating licensing, advertising, marketing, and e-commerce agreements, as well as advising clients on marketing campaigns and reviewing advertising copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, intellectual property infringement, and right of privacy and publicity issues.
