Housholder, David J.

Joshua S. Hopstone primarily represents individual clients in a variety of litigation, family law, and appellate matters.

He began his education at the University of California, San Diego, where he held leadership positions in the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and interned with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He graduated with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science-International Relations and Law & Society.

Josh then earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was active in the law clinic, moot court, the Environmental Law Society, and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. He joined Ferguson Case Orr Paterson LLP following graduation, and was elevated to associate attorney upon his admission to the State Bar of California.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, as well as hiking, camping, mountain biking, and otherwise exploring The Great Outdoors.
