Horton, Dennis L.

Mr. Horner is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Catastrophic/Excess Liability Group.  His practice focuses on products liability, employment law, premises liability, trucking litigation, insurance coverage, professional liability and dram shop liability. 

Mr. Horner received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1991. He received his J.D. in 1996 from Widener University School of Law.  Mr. Horner is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and he is also admitted to appear before the United States District Courts of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He is a member of the American, New Jersey, Camden County, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
