Prior to joining Graham & Associates, Y. Eric Holtz worked extensively in the areas of employment and contract law. Mr. Holtz now helps to provide financial relief, and files bankruptcies for residents all across Northeast Ohio. Mr. Holtz is dedicated and passionate about helping his clients purge their debt and move on with their lives.

He received his B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.A. from the Pennsylvania State University, and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. In addition, Mr. Holtz has worked and studied in England at University College London, and attended both Tel-Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.

Mr. Holtz routinely saves his clients thousands of dollars and has a genuine passion for trial work and representing his clients in court.  Eric is a member of many esteemed professional organizations including the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, and his affiliation with these organizations continues to strengthen his already vast and highly regarded knowledge and proficiency of the constantly-changing bankruptcy laws and reinforces his popular reputation amongst his clients and legal peers.  Mr. Holtz is licensed to practice in various courts, including all Federal courts in the Northern District of Ohio as well as the Ohio State Supreme Court.
