Daniel Phair was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2009. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk Law in 2009, with a concentration in International Law. He was the recipient of the Judge Salvatore E. Aloisi Scholarship and served on the editorial board of Suffolk Law's Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. His practice focuses on immigration matters including filings before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Attorney Phair also has a background in real estate transactions, issues related to land use, and landlord tenant litigation. He is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
