Valerie Garcia Hong has substantial litigation experience in professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, real estate, and complex business disputes. Valerie is also developing the firm's Appellate practice. Valerie has represented lawyers, insurance brokers, contractors, large commercial companies, and small businesses in a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, trade secrets, and unfair business practices. In addition, Valerie is an Adjunct Professor at California Western School of Law's STEPPS Program, where she teaches litigation skills and professional responsibility.

Valerie obtained her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with Honors from the University of Illinois in 2001. During law school, Valerie participated on the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Team and was awarded as National Runner-Up and Regional's Best Speaker. Valerie was a judicial extern for Honorable Joan Lefkow in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
