David L. Shimanovsky graduated from Illinois State University in 1985 and from The John Marshall Law School in 1988. While in law school, he worked at the Cook County State Attorney's office as a 711 intern trying criminal cases. Before joining this firm, he was associated with the law firm of Teller, Levit and Silvertrust in Chicago where his concentration was in all aspects of civil litigation. Mr. Shimanovsky's experience encompasses a wide range of matters including tort litigation, family law, real estate, corporate law, employment law, commercial litigation, probate law and appellate practice. Mr. Shimanovsky is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and is a graduate of the Fred Lane trial Technique Course.
