Jillian G. Holdsworth, an associate attorney, first joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2002. Through multiple academic scholarships, Jillian received a B.A. in English from St. Bonaventure University in 2001 and a J.D. from Touro Law Center in 2007. While at Touro, she earned CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Elder Law, Elder Law Clinic, Legal Methods I and Legal Methods II (Best Brief).

Jillian counsels individuals in matters concerning elder law, guardianships, advance directives, wills, trusts & estates and Medicaid eligibility. With strong legal research and writing skills, she prepares court pleadings and memoranda of law for Medicaid fair hearings. She has also served as court evaluator in guardianship proceedings for the Supreme Courts of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
