Mr. Jason Shepelrich received his B.A. in Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University in August of 1995. Mr. Shepelrich then received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 1998, of which, he was one of four students selected to represent the school in the Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition sponsored by the Florida Bar Trial Section. Mr. Shepelrich joined K/S in early 2008 as “Of Counsel”.
During his time as a law student, Mr. Shepelrich gained his experience in the criminal law field working both for the State’s Attorney as well as the Public Defender’s office gaining crucial experience in respectively prosecuting cases for the State’s Attorney’s office and defending cases for the Public Defender’s office.
Mr. Shepelrich’s primary focus at K/S is the defense of criminal charges against K/S clients in the Courts located in Central Florida. With Mr. Shepelrich’s background in trial experience in defending criminal charges against individuals in Florida for ten years, Mr. Shepelrich has become proficient as a legal advocate to obtain non guilty verdicts and reduced charges through trials by jury and motion practice in hundreds of criminal cases.
