Erin Shencopp's practice includes both civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. She has experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of audit committees and senior management as well as defending companies and individuals before federal prosecutors and regulatory agencies. In addition, Erin represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitration, including matters involving contract and securities disputes.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Erin practiced in the criminal defense and investigations group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City.
