Ms. Shea provides strategic solutions for commercial and private clients in matters of real estate transacting and land use regulation before administrative and judicial forums. Utilizing her knowledge of substantive law and regulatory practice, years of experience working with regional business leaders, along with understanding and compassion for each client's unique circumstances, Ms. Shea is able to craft strategy to secure municipal approvals for local and national clients in matters of site plans, variances and special uses. Working with engineering and design professionals, Ms. Shea manages land use applications from inception to presentation through final certification.

While attending Law School, Ms. Shea studied abroad at Oxford University, Oxford, England, and Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.
