Mr. Shaffer is an associate in the business litigation department. He focuses his practice on representing clients in litigated and non-litigated business-to-business disputes such as breach of contract matters, loan enforcement actions, construction matters, insurance disputes, regulatory matters, business torts and professional liability matters.

Mr. Shaffer’s previous experience includes serving as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office in Denver Colorado, as well as over two years serving as a law clerk in the Denver Office of Lathrop & Gage LLP.
