Mark C. Hill concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, class actions, tax litigation, intellectual property and trade secrets claims. He has also served as an expert witness in significant litigation related to minority shareholder rights.

Mr. Hill is a former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of RadioShack Corporation (formerly Tandy Corporation), where he worked with outside counsel on major litigation, including all ranges of commercial, regulatory and personal injury issues. At various times during his career with RadioShack, Mr. Hill served as the company's Corporate Secretary, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer, and President of RadioShack Canada.

Prior to joining RadioShack Corporation, Mr. Hill was honored to represent a broad range of commercial interests in diverse litigation around the country. He served as lead counsel in complex litigation related to process and device patents; international admiralty and insurance disputes; tax allocation whipsaws; multi-district product liability claims; refined petroleum product antitrust allegations; and numerous shareholder derivative suits.

Mr. Hill also currently serves in advisory positions with a number of startup technology and retail innovation concerns around the country. He is also serving as an advisor to select public and private companies on corporate governance and risk management matters.

Mr. Hill is Co-inventor of United States Patent No. 7,076,464 B2, "Apparatus and Associated Method, for Distributing Revenue Generated Pursuant to Distribution of Content" issued July 11, 2006.
