Greg has real world working experience both in and out of the legal arena. Greg graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1993. After graduation, Greg worked in the field of education as a high school Spanish teacher before going to work as a United States Border Patrol Agent in 1996. Subsequent to his time with the U.S. Border Patrol, Greg worked with Autozone, Inc. where he later acted as a Consultant/Director relating to matters of Loss Prevention and Risk Assessment for the company's Mexico Market. Eventually choosing to practice law, Greg began law school in 2002 at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
During law school, Greg became a member of the Varsity Negotiation Team where he won several awards in Client Negotiation with the American Bar Association. Greg also competed on his law school's Varsity Moot Court Team and at Mock Trial Competitions. In his third year of law school, Greg worked at the Harris County District Attorney's Office in their Asset Forfeiture Division. After law school, Greg became an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston County, Texas where he prosecuted a number of misdemeanor and juvenile crimes, and also handled the Children's Protective Services Docket. After having worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston County, Greg became managing partner at Hill, Russo & Associates, PLLC managing the firm's personal injury docket while also defending criminal claims.
