Mr. Hibbard is Of Counsel to the firm. He is a 1977 graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, with a 1974 Bachelor's degree from American University. He has extensive litigation experience in New York State, specializing in general and premises liability, insurance defense, labor law and lead paint defense. Mr. Hibbard has been a long-time New York practitioner and was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 2007. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
