Shawnna M. Herron joined the firm in August, 2009 after graduating from law school. Shawnna was born and raised in the Riverton, Wyoming area. She attended the University of Wyoming to obtain her undergraduate education in Criminal Justice and Spanish, and studied abroad at universities in Mexico, Argentina and Spain before graduating magna cum laude in 2006. Shawnna went on to receive her legal education from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2009. During law school Shawnna interned with a number of entities, including the Wyoming Attorney General's Human Services Division, the Laramie County District Attorney's office and the University of Wyoming's Domestic Violence Legal Assistance Project, where she was awarded the 2008-2009 Student Intern of the Year Award.

Shawnna concentrates her practice in the areas of professional liability defense, personal injury defense and other civil litigation. She is admitted to practice before all of the Federal and State Courts in Wyoming and is a member of the Wyoming State Bar, the Laramie County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
