David Herman is a partner in the New York office of Frommer, Lawrence and Haug LLP. His current practice involves Agreements relating to Intellectual Property and Pharmaceutical Product Development.
David joined Frommer, Lawrence and Haug LLP after receiving his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. He spent his last year of law school as a visiting student at the New York University School of Law. Prior to entering law school, David was a teacher at a public high school in the Bronx. Before teaching, for one year, David was a graduate student at Columbia University from which he received a M.A. in Genetics and Development. David also holds a B.A. in Biology from Yeshiva University.
