As a previous Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting both in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit as well as the First Judicial Circuit in Florida, Ashley Smith Herndon knows the ins and outs of criminal law. As a former prosecutor and now as a defense attorney, Ms. Herndon has tried approximately one hundred trials to verdict. Having returned to her home town to practice law, she aggressively defends the Constitutional Rights of those who have been accused of crimes.

Ms. Herndon is former President of the Okaloosa Walton County Bar Association.
