Leonard Herschberg practices in all areas of federal taxation with a focus on international taxation and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2006, Leonard was a manager in the international tax group of Deloitte Tax LLP, serving private equity and strategic investors in structuring transactions and performing tax due diligence on target companies. Leonard also has experience with post-merger integration issues and general international tax issues of U.S. multinationals and foreign multinationals with U.S. investments.
