Allison's Practice is focused on municipal and public finance law. Allison focuses her practice on all aspects of public finance including multifamily and elderly housing, higher education, health care and 501(c)(3) financings as well as traditional municipal bonds. Allison routinely assists in roles including bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and borrower's counsel.
