Eric Schwartz is an associate in our Corporate and Securities Department. His practice encompasses a variety of matters, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, credit arrangements, securities and other regulatory compliance, general corporate matters and the negotiation and drafting of limited liability, service, sales, employment and other agreements. Prior to law school, he worked as an analyst at a large consulting firm and as a software quality assurance engineer at an internet start-up.
