Christopher Clay is a native Houstonian who has been at the firm since 2007. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2001. In his ten (10) years of practice, he has engaged in various disciplines including: real estate law, creditor/debtor law, commercial litigation, corporate law, tax law, probate law, oil and gas law, and mergers and acquisitions. He also earned his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 2004 and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Further, he has also acted as corporate counsel for a nursing home management company. Prior to practicing law, he earned his Master of Business Association from of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas in 1995 and has seven (7) years of experience in the mortgage industry. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Zeta Mu Alpha Tau Omega Alumni Association and volunteers for the Houston Susan G. Komen Race for Cure.
