Herbert, Michael W.

Paul is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is based in our Minneapolis office and is a member of the Business Litigation Section.

Prior to joining Briggs, Paul was an airport and construction engineer for a national consulting engineering firm, as well as a research assistant for Professor Eric S. Janus, vice dean of academic affairs at the William Mitchell College of Law.

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, Paul received his B.S. in civil engineering at Michigan Technological University. He received his law degree magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. Paul joined Briggs in 2005.
