John is the managing partner of Young, Schuster and Maslowski LLP and uses his business background to give his clients smart, practical legal advice. He practices in the areas of Corporate Law and Real Estate and he has performed a wide range of business transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, large-scale buy-outs, business start-ups, small business transactions, private and bank financing transactions, and several commercial real estate transactions in excess of $5.6 million.

John believes in a practical and ethical approach to law and spends his free time reading books on management and staying active playing sports.John is originally from the Oshkosh area and has deep family and community roots.

John’s oldest sister, Dr. Laurie Muller, along with her husband Dr. Jay Muller, are physicians at Affinity Health Systems in Oshkosh.  John’s second oldest sister, Julie Maslowski, is a partner in the firm and practices in the areas of Trust and Estates.  Dr. Suzy Schuster, John’s third oldest sister, practices orthodontics at Sawyer Creek Orthodontics in Oshkosh alongside her father, Dr. William Schuster, as well as Julie’s husband, Dr. Mike Maslowski.
