Julie H. Heiden, a resident of Vienna, Virginia, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Shepherd College, Shepherdstown, West Virginia, in 1988, attended the Master’s program in Public Administration at Florida State University from 1988 to 1989 and graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 1992. Ms. Heiden was Editor-in-Chief of the Civil Rights Law Journal at George Mason University School of Law (GMUSL). She was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1992 and the District of Columbia in 1994. She is admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, Superior Court for the District of Columbia and all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ms. Heiden is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia State Bar, and the Fairfax Bar Association where she currently serves as Treasurer for the Board of Directors.
