Daniel is a partner at Langdale Vallotton, LLP whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, residential real estate, business and corporate law, secured lending, estate planning and probate. Daniel has significant experience handling the acquisition, financing and development of real estate throughout Georgia and the Southeastern United States.
Daniel has served as counsel to industrial warehouse developers in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of industrial warehouse space along the Georgia coast, including a $198,000,000 sale of warehouses to Duke Realty. Daniel has served as lead counsel to multiple developers in the acquisition and development of apartment complexes, shopping centers and hotel properties throughout Georgia. His practice also includes representation of developers in the assemblage and establishment of residential subdivisions, condominium complexes and mixed-use communities. Daniel also frequently represents lenders in connection with foreclosures, workouts and restructuring of REO properties, as well as acquisition and construction loans.
Daniel graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002, after receiving his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia. He joined Langdale Vallotton, LLP in 2005 and became a partner in 2006. Previously, Daniel worked as an associate attorney with Troutman Sanders, LLP in Atlanta. Daniel is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Georgia’s Real Property Law Section. Daniel is also recognized by his legal peers as an AV® Preeminent™ attorney in Martindale-Hubbell.
Daniel is the former President of the Board of Directors of LAMP (Lowndes Associated Ministries to People, Inc.), an organization which provides assistance to the homeless and impoverished, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of a local bank. Daniel is a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
