Adam Schaeffer's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies. Adam regularly advises clients in distressed and nondistressed asset acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures and in commercial agreements. In the reorganization context, Adam has also represented corporate debtors, statutory committees, and post-confirmation estates in a variety of transactions and chapter 11 proceedings. Adam has been involved in transactions involving companies in a wide range of fields, including manufacturing, retail, fashion design, construction, natural gas, and software design.
